Merging Duplicate Accounts

Customer Type

From the profile page for a Customer type that you would like to keep, click the three dots and then "Merge Customer".

Any duplicate accounts will appear below. Select the one that you would like to merge with and press the "Merge Selected Account into Primary" button.

Organization Type

Click the arrow to learn more

From the organization profile page that you would like to keep, click the "Options" button and then "Merge".


The system will display any accounts that match the primary account. Select the account you want to merge into the primary account.

Press the "Merge Selected Account into Primary Account" button.
