Important: Avoid sending emails to your entire customer database too frequently. Doing so can trigger spam filters and may result in our email system being blocked by providers. To ensure successful delivery, be selective and targeted with your email sends.
How
Go to the Customer Search & Email Report (aka Search, Email & Text page).
Do not select a Season! Leave this box alone.
Unselect "search customer's primary location" to ensure you are reaching all participants for each location/facility.
You may want to check the box to exclude the customers who have opted out.
Click "Export CSV" and look at the data to do some quality checking to make sure everything looks correct.
Click Email and proceed to select a template.
