We’re excited to hear your ideas for improving Dash! We use a tool called Productboard to collect feature requests, keep you informed about what’s coming, and help our team prioritize what we build next.
This tool helps us stay focused on what matters most to you. Through our public feedback portal, you can:

All feedback is reviewed by our Product Managers, who specialize in identifying trends and opportunities to improve the product for you and your business.
Our Product Managers collaborate with the Support & Success Teams to ensure the customer voice is represented in our roadmap planning.
We aim to review each submission within 2 weeks of receiving it.
The Product Team will finally mark the feedback as ‘processed’ (Note: you won’t see this status changed, but internally this ensures every piece of feedback is reviewed).
After reviewing your feedback, we may follow up to:
Share a planned update that aligns with your request
Offer a potential solution
Ask clarifying questions to better understand your needs
Every submission is carefully considered—your input helps shape the future of Dash!
Note: Unlike Pendo (our old product feedback portal), you won’t receive an email confirming that your request has been received, but as long as you remember to hit SUBMIT — we’ve got it!

💡 Under Consideration
Ideas we’re exploring. We're gathering feedback and analyzing which customer segments would benefit most.
This is where your vote has the greatest impact!
💪 In Progress
These ideas are being worked on by our team. This could mean we’ve begun formal discovery efforts (like customer interviews) or that our developers are actively building the feature.
🔍 In Beta-Testing
These features are built but only released to a limited group of customers. Beta testing helps us uncover final tweaks and improvements.

🚀 Launched
These features are live and available to all Dash users. 🎉
Our Build and Launch Process
Please Note: If you reach out directly to our Support or Customer Success teams, they'll be able to look up ideas for you, but they won't have any additional information or be able to provide an estimate for when your request will be reviewed.
If we decide to build a feature or make an improvement, an Idea will go from 💡 UNDER CONSIDERATION to 💪 IN PROGRESS. Once the feature or improvement is available to all users, it will move to 🚀 LAUNCHED.

Although we may not be working on your request right away, we’re constantly reviewing all the feedback we get to see if new themes emerge, or if similar ideas have been added. When an idea starts to gain momentum — we see a number of similar ideas come through, our customer support team notices conversations around this idea are increasing, and we think the feature aligns with our larger goals, we might move the idea into 💡 UNDER CONSIDERATION. At this point, voting starts to make a huge impact.

Unlike Pendo (our old feedback portal) our new system does not include public statuses for submissions. As long as you hit “Submit” when you shared your idea, you can be sure we’ve received it. If you’re not sure whether you successful submitted your idea, it’s ok to add it again.

Customer-submitted ideas aren’t automatically visible for voting. Before an idea is added to the 💡 Under Consideration section, the Product Team reviews its potential impact, benefit, and effort required. If you see something that looks familiar, it may have been inspired by your original submission!
