Navigate to the Settings (Gear Icon) menu and select "Tags" from within the Customers section or start typing "tags" in the global search bar.

Click on "Tag Merge" symbol.

Select one or more tags to be merged.

Select a Destination tag into which to merge the tag(s).

Click the "Merge" button.
